SuperMax BELT DRIVES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments are cash, certified check, or credit card. Orders must be prepaid with a money order, certified check or charged on Visa or Master Card. Personal checks will be accepted, but parts will not ship until the check clears with our bank (this may take up to 4 weeks).
Packaging and handling charge, add		$5.00
ORDERING
Orders may be placed by phone. Our order desk hours are Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. mountain time. Orders may also be placed thru the e-mail or snail mail.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders consisting of a color other than black or requiring special offsets or special sizes that are not our normal stock orders, must be prepaid before the parts are made.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped UPS ground. Air or U.S. Postal shipments may be requested. All shipments are insured for the total product value. Insurance costs will be paid by the customer. All shipping and C.O.D. costs will also be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

All returns require a return authorization. Please contact SuperMax and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. ALL C. O. D. returns will be refused. All parts being returned for a warranty must also have pre-authorization and a copy of your original receipt. No cash refunds. Exchange of new parts only is limited to 60 days from date of purchase.

DEALERSHIPS

SuperMax dealerships are open to qualified businesses. Dealer inquiries are invited. Call of write for the application.

WARRANTY

All SuperMax BELT DRIVES (including unmodified belts) are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and craftmanship for one year. No warranty on cut down belts. This guarantee is issued to the original purchaser, and without any mileage limitation. This warranty shall be deemed null and void if the SuperMax products have not been properly installed, aligned, or if proper belt tension has not been maintained. The warranty does not cover damage to SuperMax BELT DRIVES as the result of an accident of any kind. SuperMax will not be held liable for any labor charges. If any parts should prove to be defective, please call us for a return authorization. No cash refunds. Repair or replacement of SuperMax parts only at our discretion.

OVERLAY PULLEY REMANUFACTURING DISCLAIMER

Some factory and aftermarket rear wheel pulleys are NOT concentric. In all cases the machine work calls for a certain size for the overlays. The pulleys that we receive are from a mirade of manufactures. They are NOT the same from part to part. We require a maximum ID on the inside of the pulley.
For 70 tooth pulley the maximum inside diameter measurement is 12.0 inches.
For 65 tooh pulley the maximum inside diameter measurement is 10.2 inches.

Occasionally, But rarely,we encounter a pulley that does NOT meet the maximum diameter as specified above. There are tricks that we have learned to do some pulleys by some additional and creative machine work to try and make them work. They are extra $$. SuperMax is NOT responsible for any used pulley if the pulley fails during normal machining and installation of the overlay. If the pulley is deemed unsafe or not a good candidate for the overlay, Super Max cannot be held liable for your worn pulley. SuperMax will NOT rebuild any pulleys that incorporate a brake on the pulley. SuperMax is "NOT" responsible for any foreign objects passing through the pulleys. Swegged on flanges are not our responsibility. They are very poorly attached and have been known to fall off from the pulleys for no apparent reason. Foreign objects normally do not damage the overlay but can take it's toll on the carrier as to which we are not responsible. This is not part of our warranty. Warranty will be honored to the original purchaser for a period of one year.
